Swell lives up to their name and beyond! From my first interaction with Tyler to discuss property management, I knew I was with the right company. A meeting and tour of the home were arranged immediately, where I was also able to meet Dana. From then, anything that was needed to rent the house was handled! From market research and comps, photos, advertising, vetting tenants, interfacing with the HOA, and fielding myriad questions from an anxious homeowner, Tyler has absolutely excelled. Dana and her assistant, Tyler, have done a phenomenal job for us regarding the entire process of readying our two properties to put on the rental market.  Finding comps, doing professional photos, advertising, and finding and vetting the perfect tenants are all in their wheelhouse. They also take care of all aspects of the lease procedures including move-in and move-out operations.
