About Peter Antinucci

It has been a long and rewarding journey that has led me to the current stage in my life and career. After double majoring in economics and philosophy at the University of Arizona, my first job was on Wall Street. It was an immensely interesting experience, and it was there that I met my lovely wife Allison. After a few years, we moved back to Rome Italy through an amazing opportunity in commercial aircraft interior sales. Then in 2007, we discovered Cardiff by the Sea and felt an immediate connection to the area. We have since called this vibrant and welcoming community home, and are proud parents of two wonderful children.

In 2014, I made the leap into real estate and joined the team at Swell Property. I am incredibly grateful for the chance to work on coastal residential real estate, and strive to provide an outstanding service to my clients. Every day, I am excited to continue to collaborate with my clients taking a no pressure sales approach yet being tenacious in my missions to realize their objectives.
