About Kevin Osborn

Born and raised in Michigan, I discovered North County San Diego in 2014 and immediately fell in love with coastal living. With my wife, Anna (who grew up in Encinitas), and our 2 dogs Rusty & Penny, Leucadia is now our family home.

After majoring in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame, I started my professional career as a CPA with a Big 5 public accounting firm in Chicago. Seeking a healthier work/life balance, I spent a year of service with Habitat for Humanity DC, where I developed a passion for the value of homeownership, as well as an appreciation for building and renovating. During my 20 year career in the sports industry with some of the world’s best brands, I excelled in roles in finance, analytics, sales & marketing.

Real estate combines my passions for buying and selling properties, but also building relationships and guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.
