About Ben Hamady

Ben was born and raised on the beaches of southern California and loves San Diego! A standout baseball player, he attended San Diego State as a student-athlete and earned a B.A. in Public Administration. In addition to his real estate prowess, Ben has served as a Lifeguard for the City of Solana Beach for more than 20 years and prides himself on public service and putting that service into action, both personally and professionally. Through his education, work experience, supportive friends and family, he has developed into a self-motivated, hardworking, quick thinking, and team-oriented individual, all qualities that make Ben a valuable asset to Swell Property. He has thrived over the past 19 years in the real estate market and feels blessed to be part of such a special coastal community.
