About Tim & Allison Shepstone

Tim and Allison have been working together in real estate for nearly two decades. What began with careers in fast paced sales environments and doing renovations on the side, turned into full fledged real estate careers for both. Tim and Allison are passionate about all things real estate; buying/selling, renovations, & investments. Tim specializes in finding opportunities for his clients; whether it be an under utilized property with investment potential or a diamond in the rough for our clients to transform into their dream home. His tough negotiating skills and dogged determination are crucial in this market. Allison’s work with interior design is a huge asset and she is highly involved when preparing a property to list. Additionally she is only too happy to help our buyers when they need design insight and inspiration.

What has brought them success in real estate has been putting their clients first in every way. Hard work, dedication, integrity and knowledge are the pillars in which they have built a successful real estate business.

Allison was born and raised in Encinitas, but Tim is a transplant like many of our clients. Tim is originally from Ontario, Canada. Tim graduated with a B.A. from Spring Arbor University and M.Sc. from McMaster University. Allison graduated with a B.A. from Boston College. They currently live in Cardiff in a home they remodeled from top to bottom. When not working, they like to spend time being active outside with their 2 sons, Brayden and Camden, and aussiedoodle, Sonoma. In case you could guess from their dog’s name, they love wine, food & travel!
