Louis A. Rivera, is a graduate of Saint John’s University Mn. He holds a Master’s Degree from California Institute of the Arts. In his early years, Louis studied acting and directing and appeared in many TV, film and national commercials. He’s also a music lover and plays several instruments. Throughout that time, Louis has been a Real Estate Broker for four decades, selling Real Estate in Studio City, Hollywood Hills and later in Ventura and Calabasas. He spent many years working in different areas and meeting a diverse clientele with an array of distinctive properties. He spent ten years in Multi-Family sales, working alongside some of the top professionals in the field. Louis has come to understand that time and hard work can create a wealth of experience in negotiations, teamwork and patience. Experience comes in many forms when caring and striving to meet (and exceed) your clients’ needs.

Since moving to Leucadia a decade ago with his wife (a San Diego native) and his teenage son, Louis has thrived at the Swell Team. Last year his experience and drive was instrumental in closing one of the largest sales of the year, along with David Miller and Ben Hamady. “It’s been an honor and a privilege to work with the very best”.
