This great project consists of two, detached, single-family residences that will have stunning sunset & ocean views overlooking Moonlight Beach.  This is Swell Property's first foray into new construction, collaborating with well-known architect, Brian Church, of Del Mar.  The Architecture and Craftsmanship draws deeply on the Greene & Greene homes of Pasadena, with a dash of Coastal Contemporary flavor.
